What would happen if you changed?

What would it look like?  How would you know that things are different?  Would you smile more? Cry less? We tell ourselves we say want to happy.  How will you know you are happy? When do we know we have reached our goals?


Therapy can offer a place to let your guard down.  It is time that is dedicated to your story and experiences.  How often do you get all the attention and focus? Therapy can help pinpoint the steps needed for change and identify the patterns getting in your way.  We all want to feel successful. But until we know what successful looks like and feels like, it will be hard to know when we are there. Your path begins with sharing your joys and frustrations and then exploring the places you want shift.  When you recognize patterns in thought and patterns in your behavior you create an opportunity to make changes.
